I started exploration of my inner world 15 years ago. I didn't understand my behaviours, thoughts and couldn't even name how I was feeling at times. I was disconnected from myself. I undergone 2 years of intensive personal therapy, for which I am eternally grateful for, as it changed me and my life. The past experiences and feelings that I hid deep in my subconscious mind, started to resurface and I had a chance to reconnect with myself.

After that I attended numerous workshops and support groups to further understand my emotional landscape.

I became fascinated by the subject of mental health and decided to study counselling. This experience took me to a much deeper level of understanding myself, others and mental health issues, especially that the counselling modality I studied required me to apply all that I was learning to my personal experience.

Person-centered counselling is a foundation of my client work, however my personal and professional journey allowed me to discover other approaches that I find beneficial in working with clients. Working with subconscious mind is a powerful tool in creating a long lasting changes in our lives and in healing past traumas. Shadow work, integration of our conciseness and IFS (Internal Family Systems) are just some of the modalities that I use with m y clients. I work intuitively and offer a person what is needed depending on what arises in the moment.

Through my experiences I came to a place of knowing that counselling requires integration of spirituality in order to be most beneficial to our growth and healing.

A holistic approach integrating our body, mind and soul creates long lasting changes.
